KERIKIT REPAIRS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

In order to give you peace of mind following your KeriKit purchase and because of the confidence we have in our product, we are pleased to offer a one year warranty on materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.    Should your KeriKit product show a fault, please get in touch with us by email at help@kerikit.com providing a photo of the fault and your proof of purchase. 

If we deem the fault to be as a result of defective materials or workmanship we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge, under our product warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the product reaches KeriKit safely.

If a repair cannot be provided, we reserve the right to replace the item with the same or similar product.

We offer a 1 year warranty on all bags, purses and accessories. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidental damage, abrasion, over filling, inappropriate carrying, normal wear and tear, or exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, solvents or acids, or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e. zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.). Please be aware that the natural deterioration of material and fittings is expected over time. Please see our BAG CARE section for more details on how to care for your product. 

The warranty applies to any KeriKit purchase made from the website www.kerikit.com,  or a KeriKit show stand. Faults with purchases from other retailers should be directed to the retailer concerned.

Nothing under the warranty adversely affects your statutory rights under prevailing sale of goods legislation.
