What’s the difference between luxury packaging and eco-packaging?

We have added the option when you check out to choose what packaging you would like.

Luxury packaging means we will send your order with the smaller items in a separate gift box and include a look book and thank you note. All of these items are still recyclable, but the package you receive may be slightly larger than the eco option.

For the eco-packaging, we will pack your small items inside your largest item to bring down the size of the box as much as possible and, therefore, minimise our carbon footprint. You will receive a thank you card and postcard.

The outer box is the same for both options.

HOW TO CLEAN

Care for Pebbled, Smooth, and Croc-Embossed Leather

Do a quick cleaning every other day, briskly sweeping your leather bag with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Once or twice a year, do a more thorough cleaning to remove dirt buildup.Wipe down your leather bag with a Leather Spot Cleaner and Conditioner made specifically for leather.To clean dirt, buildup and other surface contaminants, apply a small amount onto a lint-free cloth. Rub in a circular motion until fully coated. Dry for 1 hour. Apply more coats if needed. Let cure for 24 hours.

Store it stuffed and upright, in a dust bag to keep its shape.

Care for Suede

Avoid any contact with water.We recommend using a suede or nubuck protective non-aerosol spray prior to use for protection and waterproofing.Use a dry, clean cloth and gently rub the surface if any watermarks show.To remove dust, use a specialty suede brush.
