What’s the difference between luxury packaging and eco-packaging?

We have added the option when you check out to choose what packaging you would like.

Luxury packaging means we will send your order with the smaller items in a separate gift box and include a look book and thank you note. All of these items are still recyclable, but the package you receive may be slightly larger than the eco option.

For the eco-packaging, we will pack your small items inside your largest item to bring down the size of the box as much as possible and, therefore, minimise our carbon footprint. You will receive a thank you card and postcard.

The outer box is the same for both options.

  • How can I get involved in your Rewards program?

  • Can I Pay in Installments?

    Yes of course! We offer a selection of different payment methods at checkout depending on where you are located. At the moment these are ClearPay and Sezzle for the USA and Klarna for the UK.
  • Is my laptop going to fit?

    Please check the icons on the product page and these will indicate what laptop will fit inside your bag. If you want to speak to us directly book a slot with Keri here.
  • I am having trouble picking out a gift!

    Please contact us directly via email on contact@kerikit.com or feel free to call us on (+44)161 818 9038 and we can talk through the most suitable bag for the lucky person you are buying it for. Or you can now book a slot to speak with Keri directly here.
  • Where is my order?

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number which allows you to track your package on the courier’s website, or via this link below:

  • Can I change my order once it's confirmed?

    We aim to process orders as quickly as possible through our warehouse, so unfortunately, you are not able to change your order once it has been placed. If you have any queries, please contact us at help@kerikit.com and we will do our best to help. You can always return any unwanted items for a refund once you have received your order. Please see our Returns Policy for more info.
  • Do I need to sign for my delivery?

    As we want to ensure your parcel reaches you safely all items are sent via a tracked courier service and normally require signature on delivery. Due to Covid-19, this may not be required at the present time.
  • What kind of guarantee do I get for a KeriKit bag?

    Your KeriKit is guaranteed for 12 months. If you have any issues within that time just drop us an email at help@kerikit.com and we will do our best to help. Please include your order number and any images that will help us to assist you.
  • What kind of care is recommended for my kerikit bag?

    We love leather here at KeriKit. Our leather has a protective layer that means you do not need to add any conditioners. If you have a spillage then we would suggest wiping the bag or lining clean with a clean damp cloth and clean warm water.


    Whilst our bags are designed to be your bag for life, overloading your bag may result in damage to the straps, lining and zips. Please take care not to overload your bag or force the zips.


    The changing mat and multi use zip bag can be washed on a gently cool wash cycle in a washing machine.


    If you decide to add a leather guard you do so at your own risk and any bag can no longer be returned if this is applied.


    If you do wish to add some leather conditioner we would suggest you test a small area first!

  • What is Pre order?

    Pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it’s available.

    By pre-ordering the product you reserve it and ensure that you will be one of the first to receive the product once it has been made available for purchase.

  • Can I add non pre-order items to my pre-order?

    Yes, but please note that any items added to a pre-order that are currently available, will be shipped with the pre-order once in stock, not separately.
  • Can I cancel my pre-order?

    You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the item is shipped by emailing help@kerikit.com and make sure to state your order number. number.

    Please note we do not accept cancellations on any special buy pre-orders. For example, if we do a limited edition colour then this may be ordered against the orders placed. In this instance we cannot accept cancellations.

  • Can I combine codes?

    No. Codes can only be used individually per purchase and cannot be combined and used on the same order.
  • Is shipping free in the UK?

    We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £75, excluding sale items.

    All UK returns are free if the item is over £175 on full price items.

  • How do I return my UK orders?

    For your convenience, you can take your package to the nearest DPD drop-off point. This will save you the hassle of staying in all day waiting for the courier to come and collect.

  • Do I pay for shipping on sale items?

    Yes. We ask that you make a contribution toward the shipping on sale items but we still make a contribution too. Please note we use sustainable packaging on all sale items
  • Do you ship Worldwide?

    We are pleased to offer FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on all orders over £300
  • How do I return my overseas order with you via DHL and who pays for shipping?

    Please contact us at help@kerikit.com if you wish to return your package. We will then create a prepaid label for you based on your package size. You just need to print off the AWB, attach it to the outside of the box, covering or crossing out any old info and then either drop it at a DHL depot or we can arrange a collection to suit you. Once received and checked, you will be refunded minus the shipping charges.

    Below is a simple table based on your box size so you are clear of the return postage fees if you are returning from USA / Canada or Australia.

    XS package = £16

    KK Small custom carton 38x27x16cm = £23

    KK Medium custom carton 44x36x23cm = £33

    KK Large custom carton 59x36x23cm = £41

  • How do I avoid import duties and taxes on returns where I have use my own courier service?

    Please make sure that if you are making a return on your own that you clearly state on the outer packaging: : "THIS ITEM IS FROM THE UK AND IS BEING RETURNED TO THE UK SO IS EXEMPT OF ANY IMPORT DUTIES."
  • Can I return sale items?

    If you want to return any item(s) purchased from a promotional event, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s). Please ensure they are insured and sent using a tracked service as you are responsible for them until they are received and signed for by our Fulfillment centre.

    On receipt of the product(s), we will happily exchange your product or issue a full refund, please allow 14 days for card refunds to be completed.

  • Who pays the import duties and taxes on overseas orders

    The customer bears all costs relating to import duties and taxes in their country so please check your threshold before ordering as we will not offer returns or refunds against any orders that are rejected due to import duty or tax costs.
  • I have received a faulty / incorrect order

    Please accept our sincere apologies. We take this very seriously and want to get this resolved for you asap so please contact us by email at help@kerikit.com and we will try and resolve the issue.
  • What happens if I have an issue, and I bought my bag elsewhere?

    If you purchased your KeriKit item(s) from a third-party online retailer, or retail store, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please contact the third-party re-seller directly.

    We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for product(s) purchased from third-party retailers. Our warranty is only for items bought directly from our Website.

  • My bag has some minor marks on it. What should I do?

    If you have any issues relating to customer service or quality control (QC) we ask that you email help@kerikit.com.

    As our leather bags are made from full grain cow leather sourced in China and India, while we strive for perfection, there can sometimes be small characteristic differences in the leather which we have to accept. If this is a deal breaker for you, we suggest that you search for another brand as we would rather use beautiful full grain leather and accept these natural characteristics than use cheap PU-coated, split leather.

  • What happens if I change my address?

    At KeriKit, we understand that circumstances can cause your mailing and billing address to change. In the event that this happens, please send an email to help@kerikit.com notifying us of your address change.

    If your billing address is also your new mailing address, please update it and let us know in an email. If you are unable to edit this detail, let us know.

  • What is included in sale?

    Please note sale items may have slight marks or blemishes on the leather which is reflected in the sale price on offer. These will be marked as Slight Seconds and are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. If you wish to return a standard sale item then you are responsible for the postage costs under these terms. If an item is faulty which means it is not fit for purpose or usable then we will of course cover the cost to get these goods returned within the UK.
  • How long does my 2020 birthday discount last?

    Any 2020 Birthday codes will expire on March 31st 2021.
  • How can I get access to discount codes?

    Only customers who subscribe to our promotional newsletters will be able to receive special discount codes, such as the birthday discount code. If your subscription is for transactional emails only, you will not receive any of the discounts codes sent in our newsletters. To receive our newsletters in your mailbox, please change your subscription settings.
