Bag Care

BAG CARE

Our bags are designed to carry all the items you need, but please be aware that overloading your bag may result in unnecessary strain on the zips or straps in particular, and any damage as a result would be considered misuse.

-

Our bags may become damaged if scuffed against rough surfaces. Leather or vegan leather may show scrapes and nylon may become puckered, so we advise handling with care as much as possible. The same may be said for our bags' hardware, which can become scratched without appropriate care.

-

Please carry your bag by the handles, and refrain from zipping bags closed when holding onto the zip pulls only, but rather place the bag onto a steady surface before opening or closing the zips.

-

We recommend keeping our products away from excessive heat or water. This includes not placing your bag into the washing machine. If your bag does get overly wet accidentally, we advise using a clean soft cloth to absorb excess water, and leave it to dry naturally.

-

To clean any spills on your bag lining, we recommend using a clean, damp cloth or sponge, and allow to dry naturally.

-

We offer specially-formulated leather care kits including leather conditioner to maximise the life of your leather bag.
