We offer free delivery and returns on all UK orders over £100, excluding sale items. If you have a specified day you would like us to deliver, just add it into the comments box at checkout.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive and up to 10 working days if you choose to use our personalisation service. However, if you need your beloved, personalised KeriKit more urgently please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make that happen. Please also note that your delivery will be sent by DPD using a tracked service and will need to be signed for.
We also offer 24 hour express delivery if you are in a hurry which can be selected at checkout, and we also offer express worldwide shipping using a tracked service. Charges for shipping vary according to destination country. The charges are displayed on our website when you specify your delivery address during the checkout process. Please note that due to Russian Customs restrictions, we are able to ship only to a Business/Commercial address.
International customers may have to pay import duties and customs charges to receive their parcel. This charge is decided by border control and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay these charges where applicable.
We pride ourselves on KeriKit’s impeccable standards and ensure our products are made using only the highest quality materials and methods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ensure it has been returned to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept the following returns:
- Any item requested for return outside the 14 day time frame
- Items that have been worn
- Items where the tag has been removed
- Any product deemed by us to be not re-saleable
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged
- Any item purchased at a sample sale or as seconds
The personalised elements of your order are non-refundable, unless faulty. If you wish to return a bag with a personalised tag, please keep the tag as this is non-refundable and return the bag only.
How to return your order
To return your item simply securely seal it in its original protective packaging and contact us on 01618189038 or firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a courier to collect the package free of charge and on a day that suits you or we can advise you of your nearest DPD drop off point . However, please note that if the goods we purchased from our sale then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. In this case we ask that you send the return via a courier with tracking or via recorded mail. Please note that if you choose to use your own returns service, insurance of the parcel becomes your responsibility.
On receipt of the product(s) we will happily exchange your product after the difference in cost is settled or we will issue a refund, excluding any postage costs. Please allow 14 days for card refunds.
