We offer free delivery and returns on all UK orders over £100, excluding sale items. If you have a specified day you would like us to deliver or any other instructions, just add it into the comments box at checkout.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive using our standard tracked delivery service.
If you need your beloved KeriKit more urgently we also offer a 24 hour express delivery which can be selected at checkout for orders placed before midday.
We also offer express worldwide shipping. Charges for shipping vary according to the destination country. These charges are displayed on our website when you specify your delivery address during the checkout process.
We offer shipping to the USA for just £22 with returns back to the UK of just £10 and we can offer a next day service to the USA should you need it.
We pride ourselves on KeriKit’s impeccable standards and ensure our products are made using only the highest quality materials and methods. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ensure it has been returned to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept the following returns:
- Any item requested for return outside the 14-day time frame
- Items that have been used
- Items where the tag and all packaging / protective plastic has been removed
- Any product deemed by us to be not re-saleable
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged
- Any item purchased at a sample sale or as seconds
- The personalised elements of your order are non-refundable, unless faulty. If you wish to return a bag with a personalised tag, please keep the tag as this is non-refundable and just return the bag.
How to return your order
To return your item simply securely seal it in its original protective packaging and contact us on 01618189038 or firstname.lastname@example.org
We will then send you a return label which you will need to print out and attach to the package and we will advise the location of your nearest DPD drop off point.
If you do not have a printer or cannot get to a DPD drop off point then we can arrange a courier to collect from your address, however, this is a paid service and will cost £10 and we will deduct this from your refund.
Please note that if the goods we purchased from our sale then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. In this case, we ask that you send the return via a tracked service or via recorded mail. Please note that if you choose to use your own returns service, insurance of the parcel becomes your responsibility.
On receipt of the product(s) we will happily exchange your product after the difference in cost is settled or we will issue a refund, excluding any postage costs. Please allow 14 days for card refunds.
