What kind of guarantee do I get for a KeriKit bag?
Your bag is guaranteed for 6 months. If there is a fault within that time we will do our best to get the bag fixed for you free of charge and as quickly as possible. Just let us know and our courier will collect your bag, it will goto our bag doctor and then we will return it back to you. If the damage is due to negligence or wear and tear then we will endeavour to assist you in getting it fixed but this will not be considered as damage and will therefore incur both courier charges and a fee to get it fixed. We will advise you of any costs before we proceed or we can put you in touch with our bag doctor directly.
What kind of care is recommended for my kerikit bag?
We love leather here at KeriKit, and although we use only the finest quality materials we see the weathering of our bags as a sign they have been loved, which is part of leather’s charm. However, to keep your bag looking its best here are some handy tips:
The leathers used are of the finest quality and are not PVC coated like some bags. Liquid will soak into the leather, so do try to avoid spilling liquids onto your bag as some leathers may mark. Creasing and colour changing are all natural characteristics of leather – so embrace it! It will make your bag one of a kind.
Whilst our bags are designed to be your bag for life, overloading your bag may result in damage to the straps and zips. Please take care not to overload your bag or force the zips.
If you have purchased our Thor backpack please take care to pull on the drawstrings when fastening the bag and not the tassels as these are for decorative purposes only and are not designed to be pulled on.
To clean your bag, it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, both internally and externally. The changing mat and multi use zip bag can be washed on a gently cool wash cycle in a washing machine.
If you decide to add a leather guard you do so at your own risk and any bag can no longer be returned if this is applied.
Please take care when using any leathers with the fur left intact. If the surface of these designs are rubbed repeatedly the fur will come off. We cannot offer a refund on any products that we believe have been subject to neglect through continued abrasion.
Do not keep your bag in a place that is constantly exposed to harsh light, as this could result in some colour fading.
Can I change my order?
Providing contact is made with our offices before the bag has shipped then yes of course we can change your order – just drop us an email or give us a call. If you need to change the style after it has shipped then just let us know and we will get the original bag collected free of charge and we will then dispatch your revised choice – again free of charge.
What if my KeriKit bag arrives and it is faulty or damaged?
All our products are thoroughly quality checked in our warehouse. Should you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team to notify them immediately via telephone: + 44 (0)161 818 9038 or email: email@example.com
If your order is returned to us damaged and you haven’t notified us beforehand, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Is my laptop going to fit?
Yes most laptops will fit, however it’s best to check the dimensions of each bag as some may not fit all size laptops.
